Give it at least a few weeks to break in; if it still isn't right, start a return request within 100 days of your order date and we'll take it from there. An opened mattress should show only standard wear and tear, and once your return is approved, the refund goes back to your original payment method.

It covers manufacturing defects, including visible indentations deeper than 1.25 inches when the mattress is used on a supportive frame or foundation. Claims are simple: send us a few photos and the law tag, and we take it from there.
