Cool Gel Ultimate 14-Inch Mattress - Full

I absolutely love this mattress !!!!

Have had this mattress for awhile, was cleaning the sheets today and decided to unzip the cover thats on the mattress. Only to find Fiberglass everywhere, i have now had to throw away 700 dollars worth of bedding and pillows, since the particles are all over the room. Got on my clothes and in my lungs.

The tags do not say fiberglass or even have a warning label for not unzipping.

Pretty disappointed.

Our mattress delivered on time, however when it arrived and we unpacked it following the directions included, our mattress appeared to be way out of shape as far as width.
After 72 hours allowing the mattress to expand into shape we knew for sure we had a mattress that had a manufacturing defect.
The mattress was severely misshapen. A king bed should be 76 inches wide and the one we received was 80 inches wide at the foot, 4 inches wider than a king bed dimensions and the head of the bed was 78 inches wide, which is 2 inches wider.
I sent a message on CoolGel’s website and they requested photos of a measuring tape showing the width at the foot and the head of the bed which we were able to supply to them, along with a pic of the tag attached to the mattress.
We finally got a response back and they only offered us a 25% discount.
We bought a mattress that hangs over each side of the beds foundation, that fitted sheets do not fit correctly and they only wanted to offer a 25% discount rather than replacing the mattress!
We have slept on the mattress , the mattress itself is extraordinarily comfortable, but it is not acceptable to expect us to keep a mattress that that has such severe manufacturing defects.
I am typically not a complainer, however in this situation I’m very disappointed in the companies response to the issue.
We put in a warranty claim just past 72 hours of unpacking the mattress, hopefully they do the right thing and replace the mattress!

It wasn’t as cool or as soft as I would have preferred, but after a few nights, my body adjusted to the firmness.

Definitely COOL sleeping! I am sleeping soundly and comfortably every night! I can feel the mattress reacting around me when I shift my weight.

Very nice! Sooo much cooler to sleep now

Ok

We purchased after much research for a mattress that would be better than what we had. We had a memory foam 12 inch. It Slept hard and very hot. very uncomfortable.
At first, we loved this Cool Gel 14 inch. By first I mean the first couple of nites. Then it seemed as it was sleeping hot, we loved that it was going to help us sleep cooler, but so far last couple of weeks it is not. I brought this to the attention of "Andy" in email contact and he told us to get breathable sheets as that was the problem. Ok I got them and a second set but it's worse, HOT, leaves us both with back pain upon waking. the most miserable mattress we have ever had.

My second purchase I absolutely love these beds

I wouldn’t know, as FedEx delivered my Mattress to the wrong address, and now I have to wait on FedEx to see if they can retrieve the item and get it delivered in a timely manner. What a headache.

Feels comfortable but my lower back has been killing me every since I started sleeping in it!

Awesome mattress! Love it!

We received our Cool Gel Mattress 14" very quickly. It was packaged in a box and wrapped up tight. It would be difficult for one person to maneuver, but with 2 people it wasn't hard to setup. Once the mattress was in place it started to expand immediately. We purchased this mattress after 2 failed attempts to get a new mattress that would work for both of us.

I have a very bad back and bad knees, despite the theory that all people with bad backs (Including my chiropractor) should sleep on a firm mattress, that does not work for me. I can't sleep on a firm mattress not even a little. I am a back sleeper. My husband has a bad neck and a bad lower back. He is a side sleeper and a firm mattress wasn't helping him either.

At first this mattress was firm and I was worried that I wouldn't be able to do it. I gave it a week, as I did with all the other mattresses and it is working for both of us. It is still slightly firmer than I would like but I get a good nights sleep on this. I feel that over time it is going to soften enough to be perfect!

As for the cooling part of this mattress, I don't feel the cooling part. So if you sleep hot a cooling topper might be needed. Hope this helps someone like us to find the right mattress. I would recommend this mattress.

Love this mattress no indentation. Springs right back. Speaking of back makes mine feel so much better.

Most comfortable mattress I have ever slept on. Thank you for a great product.

Very comfortable! No more back pain.

Very comfortable

So good

love it

Mattress is firm and comfortable.
Doesn’t disturb my wife when I get up. After a week we are very satisfied with it.

Way better and softer than our nectar mattresses that we exchange for this one, but I still wake up with sore spots and feeling a little bit uncomfortable so I’m not sure if it’s due to the mattress or just me and stress or something

Just had our CoolGel for under a month. So far very comfortable and happy with the purchase

When is the next time California king will be for sale?

We are now the proud owner of 2 of these. Thanks for the great support!

It came with pink stains and wet all over the mattress. And customer service it awful about providing a solution!

My wife and I absolutely love this mattress. We were overdue for a new mattress and after careful consideration, we agreed to try the Cool Gel Ultimate. It provides comforting support with not being too hard or too soft. Best We have slept in years.

So far I'm happy with it. I ordered one in November at that time I only needed one. This was to go together with that one. But I think its shorter. Because they are not the same height when next to each other. It's a king bed. So there's a dip between them. Lol.
