Warranty Coverage

Period	Coverage
Years 1–2	Full Coverage – $0 replacement cost
Years 3–5	Customer pays 50% of the current selling price
Years 6–8	Customer pays 60% of the current selling price
Years 9–10	Customer pays 75% of the current selling price

The warranty begins on the original purchase date and applies only to the original purchaser. It is non-transferable. Replacement mattresses do not restart or extend the original warranty period.

What’s Covered

This warranty covers qualifying manufacturing defects, including:

Visible indentations greater than 1.25 inches.
Foam that physically cracks or splits during normal use.
Manufacturing defects affecting internal mattress components.
Manufacturing defects in cover stitching or the zipper during the first 2 years.

Cool Gel™ may repair or replace an approved defective mattress. If the original model is unavailable, a reasonably comparable model may be provided.

What’s Not Covered

The warranty does not cover:

Normal softening, settling, or wear of foam and other materials.
Indentations of 1.25 inches or less.
Changes in comfort preference, firmness, or cooling sensation.
Stains, spills, odors, mold, mildew, or other contamination.
Damage caused by misuse, abuse, improper storage, or moving.
Damage caused by an improper foundation or support system.
Normal fabric wear, pilling, fading, or fraying.
Mattresses that are unsanitary or present a health or safety concern.
Used, open-box, clearance, returned, refurbished, or unauthorized products.

Proper Mattress Support

Your mattress must be used on an appropriate, supportive foundation.

Twin/Full: Minimum 4 supporting legs.
Queen/King/California King: Minimum 5 legs with center support.
Slatted foundations: Slats no more than 3 inches apart.
Platforms: Solid, flat, stable, and non-flexing.
Adjustable bases: Compatible with the mattress and rated for at least 750 lbs., including the mattress and occupants.

Improper support may result in denial of a claim when it caused or contributed to the defect.

Mattress Protector

A waterproof mattress protector is strongly recommended but not required.

However, stains, liquids, bodily fluids, or other contamination are not covered, and an unsanitary mattress may not be eligible for inspection or warranty service.

Shipping & Other Costs

During the first 100 days, Cool Gel™ covers standard shipping associated with an approved warranty replacement.

After 100 days, the customer is responsible for applicable shipping, inspection, handling, removal, and disposal costs, except where otherwise required by law.

Prorated Replacements

For approved claims after Year 2, the customer pays the applicable percentage of the current regular advertised selling price of the same mattress or, if discontinued, a comparable replacement model.

Prorated warranty benefits have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for a refund or store credit.

Please be prepared to provide:

Proof of purchase.
Photos or video of the defect.
Photos of the mattress foundation/support.
Photos showing the depth of an indentation, when applicable.
Mattress law tag, if available.

For purchases made through an authorized seller, you may be asked to contact that seller first.

Additional Terms

This warranty applies to new Cool Gel™ mattresses purchased in the United States from FoamTexUSA LLC or an authorized seller and is limited to the original purchaser.

To the extent permitted by law, implied warranties are limited to the duration of this Limited Warranty. Cool Gel™ is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages where such exclusions are permitted by law.

Some states do not allow certain warranty limitations or exclusions, so these limitations may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have additional rights that vary by state.

Nothing in this warranty limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be limited or excluded.
